Corporate Interior
A modern office designed for clarity, efficiency, and employee wellbeing.
Project Overview:
Noma Office was driven by the need to move away from a rigid, outdated workspace into an environment that supports both efficiency and wellbeing. The existing office lacked structure, with poorly defined zones that affected workflow and overall productivity.
The design approach introduced clarity through organization. Spaces were carefully zoned to support different types of work—collaborative, focused, and transitional. Circulation paths were refined to reduce friction and improve movement throughout the office.
Material selection emphasized simplicity and durability, creating a clean visual language that supports concentration. Ergonomics played a key role, ensuring that furniture and layouts contributed to comfort over extended periods.
Lighting and spatial balance were used to reduce visual fatigue and create a more engaging environment. The goal was not just to improve how the office looked, but how it functioned on a daily basis.
The outcome is a workspace that feels structured and efficient without being restrictive. A balanced environment that supports productivity while enhancing the overall experience of work.
